Each month, I donate a high-impact workshop, team training, or strategic consult to a local nonprofit making real change. 

If you know a mission-driven organization that could use leadership or operational support - or if that’s your organization - nominate them here.

I have been a CEO of a non-profit organization.  I know:

• how hard you are working to keep all your services available, 
• you are dedicated to your people, both your staff and the people you serve,
• that when budgets are stretched thin, training, coaching or strategic planning are often pushed to the end of the list.  

I understand it is vital to rejuvenate and focus your results and your team!

Nonprofits and grassroots organizations making an impact in their communities.  Self-nominations welcome.

1. Nonprofits may self-nominate or be nominated by others
2. One nonprofit is selected monthly, at my discretion
3. Selected organizations will be notified by email and must redeem the session within 30 days of notification.
4. Each session is customized and will be delivered in-person (OKC metro only).
5. In exchange for the session, I kindly request:
   • A photo (of your team, event, or session in action)
   • A testimonial to share with my community
6. This is a high-impact, strategic offering - organizations must be responsive and ready to participate fully.
